About us

The Industry Initiative for Inspiring Innovation (IIII)

Changing India, one child at a time

The Industry Initiative for Inspiring Innovation (IIII) is a collection of like-minded organisations that drive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) literacy and innovation across schools and colleges nationwide. Founded by industry experts and educators, IIII leads experiential programs like DREAM to equip students with real-world skills in robotics, electronics, coding, and 3D printing.

Our approach is rooted in equity, collaboration, and innovation—from under-resourced classrooms to emerging school innovation labs. We guide students not just to build projects, but to solve meaningful community challenges with technology.

. The DREAM Program

Upgrading Government Schools to become State Vocational Training Centres (SVTCs)

The goal of the DREAM Program is to transform government schools into State Vocational Training Centres (SVTCs), providing K12 students with hands-on expertise in Design, Robotics, Electronics, and Additive Manufacturing (DREAM). The program aims to equip students with essential skills, fostering their creativity and preparing them for future careers in the tech-driven manufacturing sector.

The DREAM Program is designed to bridge the gap between education and industry, preparing students for success in an increasingly technology-driven world while fostering skills that are essential for future careers in manufacturing and related sectors

. Objectives

Key Objectives of the DREAM Program

  • 1

    Fostering Creativity and Innovation

Cultivate an early interest in technology and manufacturing fields, inspiring students to think creatively and approach problem-solving in innovative ways. The program encourages students, especially in Class 11 and 12, to build foundational skills for higher-level technical training and future employability.

  • 2

    Developing Technical Skills

Equip students with in-demand technical skills in areas such as design, robotics, electronics, and additive manufacturing. This prepares them for a technology-centric workforce, ensuring they are proficient in critical technical disciplines.

  • 3

    Enhancing Problem-Solving Abilities

Encourage students to tackle complex problems, requiring systematic thinking, planning, troubleshooting, and critical analysis. This approach helps in honing essential problem-solving skills that are crucial in the modern technological landscape.

  • 4

    Promoting STEM Education

Integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in a hands-on and practical manner. The multidisciplinary approach makes STEM subjects more engaging, relevant, and accessible to students, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications.

  • 5

    Encouraging Teamwork and Collaboration

Develop collaborative skills such as teamwork, communication, project management, and problem-solving. These interpersonal skills are essential for working in teams and contributing to innovative solutions in the workforce.

  • 6

    Preparing for Future Careers

Provide students with insights into career opportunities in the evolving fields of technology and manufacturing, allowing them to make informed decisions about their future career paths and educational pursuits.

  • 7

    Upgrading Existing Facilities

Modernize the infrastructure and facilities at government schools by installing cutting-edge equipment, machinery, and technology tools. Additionally, update course content to include the latest advancements in emerging technologies, ensuring the curriculum stays relevant to industry needs.
